Remembering a Hero…. Mickey Sampson

In 2008 I had the privilege of spending time in Cambodia, working with Resource Development International. I had known Mickey Sampson from simply growing up in the same part of town as him, but my time in Cambodia would really prick my heart towards the ministry he was doing. While there, I saw a man who loved his kids, his wife, his God and his ministry.

Mickey died in 2009 and I was totally shocked. It was difficult to see. But his legacy continues in Cambodia. The work is not done and has not ceased.

Pray for his family right now. They’re dear people and are continuing what he was doing.
